Y es que, de una manera u otra, todas las empresas se vieron afectadas por la alerta sanitaria. Todas tuvimos que adaptarnos a la nueva realidad, implementando medidas que favorecieron el teletrabajo, la seguridad laboral, el mantenimiento de los servicios necesarios y la liquidez de nuestras empresas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos de aquellos cambios fueron temporales y no tuvieron continuidad cuando, por fin, se comunic\u00f3 el final de las restricciones. Otras, viendo que eran posibles, ventajosas y compatibles con la actividad del sector, se han mantenido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de los call center debemos destacar c\u00f3mo <strong>nuestro trabajo fue fundamental durante la pandemia<\/strong>. El consumo segu\u00eda produci\u00e9ndose -aunque de manera digital en su gran mayor\u00eda- y los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.contactsolutions.es\/blog\/estrategias-para-potenciar-la-interaccion-efectiva-entre-empresas-y-su-clientela\/\">clientes segu\u00edan necesitando comunicarse<\/a> con las empresas. Adem\u00e1s, las agendas segu\u00edan teniendo actividad, mayoritariamente en l\u00ednea, pero<strong> hab\u00eda actividades relacionadas con la gesti\u00f3n del d\u00eda a d\u00eda que necesitaban nuestro auxilio<\/strong>. Y as\u00ed lo hicimos, durante todo el tiempo que se nos pidi\u00f3, y con la misma profesionalidad que hab\u00eda caracterizado a las empresas del sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo ello marc\u00f3, sin embargo, un antes y un despu\u00e9s en nuestra actividad empresarial. Cambios que hemos mantenido en varios aspectos y que hemos adaptado en otros tantos. Todo ello nos ha permitido tomar impulso y hoy, a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de todo aquello, podemos afirmar que hemos recuperado nuestro espacio. Y lo hemos hecho de una manera m\u00e1s madura y fuerte de la que ten\u00edamos antes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que sepas c\u00f3mo afect\u00f3 la pandemia a los call center y la manera en la que hemos aprendido de la experiencia para mejorar nuestro servicio, hemos redactado este post que esperamos te ayude a conocernos un poco mejor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sector del Call center toma impulso tras la pandemia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan han hecho p\u00fablico varias entidades que estudian el estado econ\u00f3mico sobre la actividad del sector de los call center en Espa\u00f1a, la facturaci\u00f3n que obtuvieron las empresas dedicadas a prestar estos servicios alcanz\u00f3 &#8211; en el a\u00f1o 2021 &#8211; un total de 3.460 millones de euros. Esta cifra supone un incremento de cerca del 5% respecto a los datos obtenidos durante el a\u00f1o anterior (2020), el \u00faltimo del que se tienen datos contrastados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta manera, las empresas de call center van recuperando los niveles de facturaci\u00f3n anteriores a la pandemia, posicion\u00e1ndose, adem\u00e1s, de una manera segura y consolidada en el mercado. Lo que nos lleva a proyectar que el desarrollo posterior seguir\u00e1 siendo positivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consolidaci\u00f3n de los servicios de call center en Espa\u00f1a<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De todo ello se desprende que, a pesar de los miles de empresas que desaparecieron durante la pandemia,\u00a0 quienes hemos apostado por la comunicaci\u00f3n telem\u00e1tica en el contexto empresarial hemos salido reforzados. Y es que la sociedad demanda -cada vez con m\u00e1s fuerza e insistencia- servicios m\u00e1s personalizados e inmediatos, sin que en ello se tenga en cuenta el lugar en el que se encuentre cada persona.
